RIPPLES INTRODUCTION

Ripples was inspired by the ripples made when even the smallest pebble falls into the water. The ripples created have an impact ever so slightly on the course of that body of water. In the creation of these articles I attempted to reveal how our lives impact other lives and how the simplest of story can touch the hardest of hearts.

These articles were written while I pastored a small church in Northcentral Pennsylvania. The town is the most remote town in Pennsylvania. The church was established in 1917 by locals embracing Pentecostalism. I began my tenure in 2008. This was my first church and I cherish each individual that attended that church as each impacted me in differing ways shaping me into the person I am today.

These articles take on a rural flavor however each I believe contains a spiritual tidbit that will influence your life as you embrace the teaching. Ripples by the way are not offense or in your face they simply appear and drift away.

In 2014 after many medical issues and believing the Lord was bringing my time at Emanuel assembly of God to a close I resigned my pastorate. Sadly, the church was closed and coincided with my leaving. That church in the small hamlet of Hammersley Fork had created ripples in many lives over the 97 years of it existence. As we gather around the throne of God we will be amazed at the number of people reached from that small church in the wilderness.
