The Xtreme Life is a life completely SOLD OUT to God with room for nothing but Jesus. Scripture calls believers to be holy.

When driving on the highway. You can hug the yellow line or hug the white line. I believe hugging the yellow line increases the potential for an accident. Scripture also states that the broad road leads to destruction. It is the narrow road that leads to life.

If we literally build a way between us and temptations we are less likely to fall to the prey of temptation allowing sin in our life. Scripture again calls the believer to be separate from the world. We are to keep away from any unclean thing and think on only that which is good and pure.

Believers need to guard their actions so that they do not cause others to stumble or keep them from following Jesus. Paul told believers not to eat meat offered to idols if it might cause another to falter. Beware of your actions and how they might be received by others.

Scripture says it would be better to have a mill stone tied around your neck and thrown in a lake than to cause one to stumble. It would be better to die. I’m not sure what is in store for those who live their lives in a way that causes another to struggle in their walk with God.

I for one would rather no fall into that situation. In myself I am unable to live the life God desires. However, with the assistance of the Holy Spirit I can live in such a way that brings Him glory.

If you fill your life with things of the world you will find it difficult to life a pure and holy life. We have all heard “garbage in, garbage out” what we fill our minds with will essentially be reflected in our actions.

Jesus provides for us in the “Sermon on the Mount” character traits he desires every believer to apply to their lives. This is a great teaching. I have written a book “Christlike” based upon this teaching.

I for one prefer to err on the side of not participating in questionable activities that my eternal life is not in jeopardy than to give into satisfying selfish desires of the flesh. Eternity is a long time to have been wrong.

If I do not walk near the cliff’s edge it is less likely I will fall off the cliff. The closer you drive to the double yellow line the better chance you have of a head on collision. The Xtreme Life abhors sin and anything associated with sin. Jesus fills all the needs of the believer who lives the Xtreme Life. The Xtreme Life attracts others to Jesus rather than causing others to stumble. BE XTREME!
